the bottom part of the object is developed by the spinal b-spline curve. It is stable by its own. You don't need to connect it statically with other objects.
the middle part represents the "coffee-coup-area" and the delaminted "hill" for the screen. The single areas are also divided by the spinal curve...
The top part is the protection-layer for the specific area where the screen is fixed.
