One single object is divided in three different surfaces. We tried to analyze the surfaces for the fabrication process. But we are not sure about the technical possibilities we have... Maybe you can give us some hints in order to continue our work. ;-)

This is a very promising approach! One or two things that you should keep in mind: The connection between your components: Check out organic ways of creating joints, such as in Mollusks, lips, Crustacea, Ostracoda or also check out how connection work in the segmentation of insect exosceletons...try to use one of those techniques to connect your components. The connection can be a design aspect of its own.
